Womens Boxing

This is a high intensity cardio based conditioning class focused around burning calories and building fitness. Classes are primarily based around the fundamentals of boxing, with an added high emphasis on core strength, cardiovascular fitness and high-intensity interval training. No minimum fitness level required to attend.

Boxing & Kickboxing

This class offers fundamentals of boxing with a revolving Boxing or Kickboxing curriculum, incorporating basics in the early weeks, moving through to strategy and practical; incorporating sparring as the curriculum progresses. Classes are mostly skill-based with pad-work, interactive combination drills, heavy bag work and/or light sparring.

Jiu Jitsu

These classes offer both GI and NO-GI classes for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, both emphasizing the basic principles of grappling. Classes offer drilling, situational grappling and live rolling with all members participating. The Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Grading system is incorporated in the program and students are encouraged to progress through the grading and to continue developing their knowledge of this highly enjoyable martial art.

Circuit and Fitness

This is a high intensity cardio based conditioning class, focused around burning calories and building fitness. Strong emphasis on core strength, cardiovascular fitness and high-intensity interval training. No minimum fitness level required to attend.

Self Defence

This class focuses on many aspects of Self Defense. It has a strong emphasis on Reality-Based situations and the skill sets attained to manage those situations. This program is continually evolving, incorporating an appreciation for Martial Arts and permanently revising the training program to create a stepping-stone in your process.

Personal Training

Our Coaches are both qualified personal trainers who carry a wide range of knowledge for both general fitness and Martial Arts specific training. We offer coaching services in Weight Loss, Nutrition Consultation, Cardiovascular Fitness, Strength Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Personal Self-defense, Children’s Coaching, Special Needs Coaching and Athlete Specific Coaching. Anton and Dan’s combined 20 years experience in the fitness & martial arts industry have resulted in a deep understanding of health & fitness for virtually anyone’s needs. Whatever your health and fitness goals, we will be able to tailor a personalized program to suit.
